Our genuine red is a wine with a Bordeaux spirit, crafted with a surprising blend of Bobal, Tempranillo, Mencía, Marselan, Graciano, and Garnacha.

The vineyards for this wine are located between 840 and 1,200 meters above sea level, allowing us to practice true high-altitude viticulture.

Elaboración

Each of these varieties has been vinified together from the start of fermentation, thanks to our careful regulation of the harvest timing for each one. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 24°C, and malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak (75%) and American oak (25%). The wine is aged for 12 months in barrel, followed by 6 months in bottle, where it rounds out and gains its complexity.
